To give you a little help, we have compiled a list of our most frequently asked questions from online and in-store clients. If you can’t find the answer you need, please don’t hesitate in calling us for further assistance. 


How long is your delivery service? 

Our priority is delivering you an item in pristine condition and that’s why we use hand-picked couriers. For this reason, your item should arrive within 5 business days and will usually need to be signed for. If the item you have selected isn’t in stock, it may need to be ordered directly. We will contact you personally to discuss the procedure. Additional information is available on our Delivery page. 


How long does my warranty last? 

Our watches  come with a 2 year minimum warranty. Some items will have an extended warranty, depending on the individual manufacturer. Our in-store team will always be happy to confirm this for you and can talk in more detail regarding the varying warranties for each brand. 


Do you offer an aftercare service? 

Of course! We understand the investment made when purchasing a watch and we believe it is vital that each piece is correctly cared for to maintain its condition. Our showroom offers a comprehensive range of aftercare services with are outlined on our Aftercare page. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact our knowledgeable team who will be happy to advise you in more detail. 


Can you order specific items for me? 

Our showroom offers an extensive range of watches and jewellery to suit many styles and budgets. However, if you do not find something you are specifically looking for, please speak to a member of our dedicated team who may be able to source the item you are looking for. 


Do you accept refunds? 

We are confident in finding you the ideal item, but if, on the rare occasion, your purchase isn’t quite right, we will happily offer a full refund within 28 days of purchase. In order to process your refund, you will need to return the unworn item to us in store, in its original packaging and with your receipt. This will not impact on your statutory rights.


Can I reserve an item in your store? 

If you would like to reserve an item, please contact our team at the store directly who will check stock availability. They can then discuss the length of time you wish to reserve the item for and will be happy to book an appointment for you to view it. Our team will do everything they can to ensure you can make the purchase you desire.
